The site is an open terrace on the 5th floor. The North and West sides face the road, while the South looks out into open land. Greenery inside the office and beyond improves the spatial experience, making it feel like it is on natural ground despite being on a high terrace.
Taking advantage of the site’s strengths, the design incorporates an abundance of glass and large windows to retain a constant connection with the outdoors. The windows provide constant visual access to the abundant greenery outside.
The use of glass above 9′ level on solid walls makes the ceiling flow seamlessly throughout the office.
Responding to the client’s requirements, the design accommodates three cabins, workstations, support facilities, a guest room, and a leisure room for rest and relaxation, transforming the site into a fully functional office space.

Natural elements, colors, and textures play a central role in the design, ensuring constant, close interaction with the external atmosphere. The material palette explores ways to showcase the aesthetics of neutral colors and natural elements while responding appropriately to the climactic context of the site.
Linear strips of wood enhance the ceiling and seamlessly integrate all the different zones, binding them with one coherent design language.
Natural light renders textured limestone walls in all its variations, creating dramatic visuals without distracting from the muted subtlety of the design.
