Inspired by the concept of a theater and a platform for performance, the Broadway Brewery was designed as a massive inward-looking volume. With the intention of maximizing the use of site space, the design invokes an industrial-chic aesthetic with splashes of colors.
The volumetric division of spaces expertly weaves in intrigue to break the long expanse of the built form. Drawing inspiration from broadway-style theaters, the seating area is raised in staggered levels.

Wooden furniture adds warmth to the industrial frame while also playing the functional role of a sound insulation material used in old theatres. The material palette reflects the laid-back, leisurely vibe a brewery demands.
There is an abundance of greens, customized terrazzo mosaics of different colored natural stones, and bare concrete slabs polished to enhance the natural color of the aggregate. The design is a stunning juxtaposition of elements that are stark yet vibrant, industrial yet inviting.

The unique spatial experience encourages visitors to pause, relax, and unwind. The lines between structural and architectural design are blurred, as the structure itself becomes the hero of the story.
All the different spaces in the brewery have unique expressions, but a common design language connects them. Minimal finishes, natural textures, and abundant greenery create the perfect environment for celebrations and conversations.
