The core concept of the project was to design a veranda bar. It is located at a considerable height and enjoys expansive views. To make the most of this advantage, the design is open from all sides. The project site is situated in the midst of the IT zone on the fifth floor of a commercial building.
The closed areas act as both an interior and a semi open space. Multiple screens have been designed to avoid glare from the outside. The two exterior skins – a glass screen and a perforated triangular screen act as a shading device during the day and the glass screen allows one to enjoy unobstructed views while transforming it into an indoor bar as needed.

The second level is designed to invoke the atmosphere of a beer garden, using vegetation as a dominant design element.

Strategically placing skylights and weaving the vegetation into the interior elements of the design ensures that one is always connected to the outside and makes the transition between interior and exterior environments fluid and seamless.
The connection to the outside and the dynamic nature of the façade offers an ever changing spatial experience .
